On our public workshops, we will introduce a topic from the field of positive psychology, e.g. happiness, wellbeing, strengths, resilience, emotions, teach you some practical, evidence-based skills to use and then carry out tailored art activities based on each theme. We give you opportunities to talk through your creative explorations.

In our Creative Wellbeing workshop you will discover the following through the medium of art and the science of psychology, so that you'll be able to take away your own emotional toolkit:

All you need to bring with you is a willingness to explore and no previous art or psychology experience is required, just a desire to unlock your creativity.
