Creative Wellbeing for children of all ages is so important especially at the moment. Nothing can beat the positive effects of creating art together in the same room, inspiring and sharing with each other.

Young Artists Summer Workshops (8-11 years)

Wide range of the visual arts workshops, which cover:

Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in August (3rd-26th), 10am -3.30pm. Limited to 12 places.

It is the healing process of creating which is at the basis of Creative Minds Consultancy’s ethos. It is with this holistic approach to an arts education where the creative process is at its core. This is an arts experience with the enjoyment of creating, having fun exploring different art mediums and the opportunity at the end of the 4 week course to achieve a nationally recognised qualification of The Arts Award Art materials provided.

The Creative Minds Workshops are led by Frances Ackland-Snow who is an experienced arts educator for 17 years, roles have included Head of Art, Princes Trust Mentor, Arts Award Advisor and running Creative Wellbeing workshops in schools and in the community. The course will comprise of masterclasses by visiting professional artists. The artists are specialists in their field such as in drawing, painting, printmaking, music, fashion, manga, anime, textiles, film and photography. This is to create a varied arts experience for the specifications of the Explore and Bronze Arts Award.

£55/day, including materials.

£150 for 3 day course, including materials.

£650 for the 4 week course, including materials.

Catch-Up on Art Sessions– Saturdays (1st-29th August) 10.30am-12pm for young people (14-18 years old) £15 a session.
